1. COVID-19
1.1 Will my order be delayed?

Due to an increase in our order volume, Covid-19, as well as an increase in Canada Post parcel volumes, you may experience delays. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible while maintaining a safe operating environment. Visit Canada Post for updates on potential shipping delays.

1.2 Can I pick up my order at your store location?

Yes! We are currently offering Contactless Curbside Pick Up at our storefront in Kelowna.

Please have your I.D. with Name and matching original payment mode with last 4 digits for verification. Please present a copy of your purchase order.  Any discrepancies with this information will not allow for release of the merchandise.

*You may also pick up your purchase in-store provided the same verifications can be made as curbside pick up.

2. General
2.1 What is your return policy?
For online purchases

If you wish to return your purchase via mail please contact our Customer Care team by email at [email protected] to have a Return Item# sent to you via email. Any item(s) returned without a Return Item# will not be accepted.

BLVD will take back any unworn item purchased online within 14 days of purchase to our store location with a Return Item#. Product is considered eligible for refund when returned in original unworn condition, unaltered, original box and packaging, original tags attached and the original invoice and method of payment included. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable and not reimbursable. Discounted items are final sale.

For in-store purchases


In-store regular priced item purchases may be returned within 7 days. The item(s) must be in the original condition, in the original box accompanied with the original receipt and payment tender.

2.2 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

2.3 Is my credit card number and personal information secure?

Yes, purchases are secure with SSL, “secure sockets layer” that encrypts customer credit card information.

2.4 When will I receive my order confirmation?

We will confirm your order promptly during business hours. Outside of normal operating hours confirmation may take up to 24 hours. We reply to general customer inquiries within 48 business hours.

2.5 Can I make changes once my order is placed?

We allow for changes to orders up until the order has been packed and shipped. Once the product is shipped no changes may be made. If the package is refused upon delivery a restocking fee equal to the return shipping cost plus 5% of the product retail value will be deducted from the refund.

2.6 When will I receive my order confirmation?

We will confirm your order promptly during business hours. Outside of normal operating hours confirmation may take up to 24 hours. We reply to general customer inquiries within 48 business hours.

2.7 Why is the item I ordered now unavailable?

Some items may not be available as product inventory levels are always in flux. Occasionally, some product may be unavailable due to variances in inventory.

2.8 How can I tell if my order has shipped?

We will update you via email when your order is processed and ready to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number when the order has been picked up.

2.9 Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, currently we only ship within Canada.

2.10 Can I use a BLVD Gift Card from one of your storefronts for an online purchase?

Gift cards issued at BLVD storefronts are not linked to our website and will not work at checkout. Email [email protected] to make purchase arrangements for one of these tenders.
