Shipping & Returns
Due to an increase in order volume during the holidays, you may experience some delays in order processing.
All shipments are sent via courier with an estimated delivery of 2-8 business days. We ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping times may vary. Contact cus[email protected] for a delivery estimate based on destination. Once shipped, BLVD assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to most provinces in Canada on orders over $100 (before tax). Rural areas, and locations with high shipping costs will be contacted via email prior to shipment for a shipping contribution. You may choose to cancel an order if shipping costs are too high.
A flat shipping rate of $15 will be charged on orders under $100 before taxes.
Applicable sales taxes are added according to the order's destination province or territory.
In Store Pick Up
Orders placed online may be picked up in-store. Please provide a printed or digital copy of the order, original payment card with matching last four digits and photo ID with name for verification.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return your purchase via mail please contact our Customer Care team by email at [email protected] to initiate a Return Item# sent to you via email. Any item(s) returned without a Return Item# will not be accepted.
Items purchased online from www.blvdshoes.ca may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a Return Item#, the original invoice and method of payment. To be considered eligible for refund all returned product must be in original unworn condition, unaltered, in the original undamaged box with packaging and original tags attached. BLVD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not satisfy these requirements. Please allow for 7 business days for your return to be processed and issued.
The same criteria applies to all exchanges as returns. If you wish to exchange your purchase via mail please contact our Customer Care team by email at [email protected] to initiate an Exchange Item# sent to you via email. Any item(s) returned without an Exchange Item# will not be accepted. The exchanged item will be return shipped to the customer at the customer's cost regardless of price. Discounted items are final sale and no return or exchange can be made. Please note flat rate shipping fees are non-refundable and free shipping will be deducted from any refund amount. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
